Checked "R notebook" in last commit (added a search also). Only got depreciated one function so all good to go. Note that it looks like there still are some errors with dimensions in the matrix obtained from compiling from different sources. Might be a good idea to keep the workflow with pandas.

After running some tests, I think is definitely worth it to bypass the initial procedures through pandas (See pull requests for the full notebook on it). Will discuss this with Erick on Tuesday 21 July.
