After uploding the pdb files and about 2 hours, I encountered the following error while running a RosettaDock job using a Singularity container:
FATAL: container creation failed: hook function for tag layer returns error: failed to create /home/rosie/daemons/rosetta-2.a/.singularity.home/daemons directory: mkdir /home/rosie/daemons/rosetta-2.a/.singularity.home/daemons: file exists
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Primary job terminated normally, but 1 process returned
a non-zero exit code. Per user-direction, the job has been aborted.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
mpirun detected that one or more processes exited with non-zero status, thus causing
the job to be terminated. The first process to do so was:
Process name: [[55033,1],2]
Exit code: 255
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any suggestions on handling this error effectively?
