I tried using the file from https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/solution/asset-description-metadata-schema-adms/distribution/adms-ap-version-202-rdf-schema (the version 2.0.2 of ADMS) but it seems there is a typo in the dcterms: prefix which is used many times. I think the prefix that was intended was dct: judging from the elements.
Also, why not create a new release in https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/solution/asset-description-metadata-schema-adms instead of putting the new minor versions in the 2.0.0 release?
