Conformity and data quality pattern not properly supported by specification

Problem statement
There is a pattern in A.7.14 Conformity and data quality - *not in ISO 19115 core concerning Conformity:
including a controlled vocabulary to be used, but some of the used classes and properties are missing from the specification.

Missing class:

• Test plan prov:Plan

Missing properties:

• prov:hadPlan on Association
• prov:wasDerivedFrom on Entity
• dct:type on Entity - includes the DegreeOfConformity controlled vocabulary - may need a specific subproperty, in alignment with Revise ambiguous dct:type mapping on Data Service #77

Proposed solution

1. Add the Test Plan class and the properties to the specification.
2. Create a specific subproperty for the DegreeOfConformity code list in alignment with Revise ambiguous dct:type mapping on Data Service #77
