Cursor pointer on hovering over the entire segment of heading "AEC LIBRARY" , not just the heading "AEC LIBRARY", in 'resource.html'
On clicking the entire segment of heading "AEC LIBRARY", links to "index.html", not just the heading "AEC LIBRARY", in 'resource.html'
Expected behavior
Only on hovering over heading "AEC LIBRARY" should pointer be 'cursor pointer' , and only on clicking heading "AEC LIBRARY" should link to "index.html", not the entire section of heading "AEC LIBRARY", in "resource.html"
