Expose / log docker state when deploying locally

Using tempo to deploy locally now takes a bit of time (I assume because the mlsever image is getting big to pull relatively quick) and there are no logs / info on whats going on....so it might feel it is not progressing and the user might kill the execution.

We want to expose state of docker perhaps.
