Carrot bars turn white after first use

When a box is expanded and collapsed, the bar turns white which makes it hard to visually differentiate when further expanded.

There are some additional odd behaviors associated with the carrot bars. When the manage page is refreshed, the status and cmd results boxes are expanded, but when the cmd results bar is clicked, it does not close the cmd results box, but instead closes the status box and then sets all of the child boxes in the cmd results box to whilte.

Most of this behavior was fixed. The turning the bar white after it was selected and closed is default Bootstrap behavior.
I will look into this. This applies to the Browse page and the Org Manage Cluster pages
