Map color ramp improvements

Request map still includes color ramp in lower right corner, even though no points are plotted.

For Analysis map options. Could have a "Show color ramp" option to toggle visibility on the map. Potentially include a slider+text entry to allow the user to change the color ramp min and max limits, to dynamically update the map. We currently support color ramp selection, but no other properties.
