It makes sense that happen, most clients use generic WebRTC implementation and as I saw some article they described to go with different approach with their propietary module to optimize some stuff, most open source clients not being dependant on their modules will probably not be designed specifically for their architecture. I also don't think delay is much of the problem – it always occurs in some way at the transmission, especially when all of it goes through the internet and the centralised server. anyone experience this? me and my partner get like a good second of delay whenever using any web version of discord, be it webcord or discord-screenaudio or web, at least on linux. very odd?
couldnt think of many better places to ask this and get a real discussion than in webcord discussion
