Some entries have all-caps names, such as RHODOPIN GLUCOSIDE in https://coconut.naturalproducts.net/compounds/CNP0261641.1. It should be easy to find those automatically and compile a list. Fixing them is not as easy, unless, for example, there are, as in the case above, instances of name fragments that are identical but have regular capitalization. CNP0532954.1 for example, which actually looks like it should be an instance of the case above, has the two fragments written Rhodopin B-D-Glucoside and one could use this capitalization.
