rendering issue with better combat + werewolf models same with iron spell books casting + werewolf models when in 1st person

Reproduce steps

dowload better combat and iron spells and make yourself a werewolf than attack with better combat, than test the casting part in 1st person with iron in werewolf from

Related issue: #139
Perhaps rendering of the model's head could be disabled in first person mode to partly resolve compatibility issues with mods that adjust player animations/viewpoints?
