Add Exceptions like in Privacy Redirect

In Privacy Redirect extension it has an option to add exclusions for specific redirects. I think you can add this to Piped Redirects. So that we can exclude some of the Invidious Instances which we can use later in case something goes wrong in Piped or to use those instances to download Videos.

I mean this above.
