Add to Chrome Web Store and/or Edge Add-ons

Manually adding the extension (as an unpacked extension) to Chromium browsers works just fine (tested with Vivaldi 4.2.2406.44 based on Chromium 93.0.4577.83). Would it be possible to add the extension to the Chrome Web Store and/or Edge Add-ons website?

I'm figuring Google would not allow an extension in their store that redirects away from their own website, but at least the Edge Add-ons store shouldn't have this problem.

Privacy Redirect is already on every web store: mozilla, chrome, edge
