Declaration error with Carbon package #1

Thanks for this package, but it have a declaration error with carbon package .

My PHP version is 7 and carbon version i used "~1.19" .

"Declaration of IntlCarbon\IntlCarbon::diffFiltered(Carbon\CarbonInterval $ci, Closure $callback, IntlCarbon\IntlCarbon $dt = NULL, $abs = true) should be compatible with Carbon\Carbon::diffFiltered(Carbon\CarbonInterval $ci, Closure $callback, Carbon\Carbon $dt = NULL, $abs = true)",
