Description

Some of the requested features for the GHG Center Portal needed the backend to be upgraded.
Requested features:

Area weighted statistics
Custom colormap for EPA
Once these upgrades are done in veda-backend, we need to bring those to the ghgc-backend too.

Acceptance Criteria

ghgc-backend upgraded
Supports area-weighted statistics
Supports custom colormap for EPA

Production was upgraded too, but we noticed a bug right after that caused some datasets to appear lower resolution than they actually are. example: https://ghg.center/data-catalog/lpjwsl-wetlandch4-grid-v1/explore?projection=equirectangular%7C%7C&basemapid=satellite&datetime=2021-12-01T00%3A00%3A00.000Z
