SteamOS boot videos not working properly

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

A some time ago I restored factory state on my Steam Deck LCD (it was SteamOS 3.5) and since then I have a problem with startup videos.
I can see black screen for the first 2/3 seconds and sound of boot video in the background. After that, I see on the screen the end of animation. Only the default boot video works properly, I bought Saturn startup from points shop, and it's not working as it should (I can see animation from the blue dot connected with sphere). Some customized boot videos (stored here /home/deck/.steam/root/config/uioverrides/movies/) also not working as expected.
