Not sure what else to say... it's protection... around spawn... for a configurable amount of blocks from World Spawn... definitely in scope and really a huge oversight to not have considering admin towns now incorporate flags.

By spawn protection, i mean protection from creating Towns and not destroying blocks. That can be done with Admin Claims

WorkAround until this feature is here: Define a WorldGuard Region and use the "blocked-cmds" flag. I disabled all town commands in my Spawn Area.
