Хотелось бы под винду сборку без web части .
На сколько это целесообразно в плане высвобождения памяти/cpu при том что пользоваться веб-мордой не собираюсь?

cpu нисколько, ram ну мегабайт 20 думаю освободится, сколько там файлы веба весят, они вшиваются в бинарник
