Hi!

Symfony 7.0 released in this week, it would be nice to allow it as dependency.

(optionally remove the unsopported versions. currently 5.4 is the minimum supported version)

Hi Mmarton,
thx for the hint. I have update the composer.json to allow symfony 7 in version 6.1.0.

But there is a peer issue with the m4tthumphrey/php-gitlab-api which still needs some older symfony packages.

This just got released https://github.com/GitLabPHP/Client/releases/tag/11.13.0 we have full compatibility now.
