Margo: Flaw in Ko rule.

The Ko rule states that in Go and variants and in Margo and variants that a repetition of previous board position with the SAME SIDE to move is not allowed.
Jocly does not seem to permit a repetition of previous board position with the OTHER PLAYER to move also.

This Ko rule is incorrectly implemented in Jocly implementation of Margo and variants and I suggest to correct it.
