First, nice job designing this plugin! I have been looking for something (exactly) like this for a long, long time!

It would be nice though, if the Todo plugin could completely take the place of the two Issues tabs. Right now, all three tabs have be present for this plugin to work... Maybe when the user clicks an issue in Todos, it could open the issue in the same tab?

It seems that request to disable "New issue" tab in project menu in not specific to the plugin
