Outdated SSP-URIs in v3.1

The /description endpoint serves the profiles that a server offers. Profiles are identified via URIs which include the spec version encoded in URL segments like https://admin-shell.io/aas/API/3/0/SubmodelServiceSpecification/SSP-001. And those URIs haven't been updated yet and should be before release.

Should I open a quick PR for this?
