When I load my custom layout, there is no "Extended Function Area" item I can subscribe to

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Changing my custom Eos layout at all then saving
2. Rebooting LCDHost or the computer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Clock and 5 day weather forecast working correctly
- Instead they are missing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- 0.29 Alpha
- Windows 8 Pro x64

- As it says there i think there might be an issue with the "<publish>Extended 
Function Area/Output</publish>" line which can be triggered by changing the 
custom layout slightly and saving then reloading the program
