Why does `dirvish-side--auto-jump` use `run-with-timer`? #264

(run-with-timer

This adds a 0.5 second delay to the correct file being highlighted, which is very distracting.

This was one of the reasons why I didn't use dirvish-side, until I looked into the code and saw that the delay was intentional.
