According to meta/runtime.yml there is a set of modules in this collection that was supposed to be removed in a new major release after 2024-01-01, and that are still around. Since that's more than a year ago, and there was at least one major release since then, I guess this went forgotten.

(To get ansible-test to complain about such date-based deprecations you need to enable them by an extra flag: --enable-optional-errors. This shouldn't be done in CI for PRs or that regularly runs since it will fail until the modules are removed. But running it with that option from time to time is a good idea so you don't forget about such deprecations.)
