Consider if community maintainer journey page is too daunting

Should we dial it back or explicitly make it clear that many of those actions are optional. Being a community maintainer doesn't require an excessive amount of participation.

same is applicable for the user journey: all that stuff like awx or ee is optional. we should keep the spirit of simplicity as it's a core feature of Ansible
