Hello, I'm writing an update to this apology because recent actions by PoomSmart and qnblackcat have negatively impacted my reputation on GitHub. It feels like the previous content above didn't fully address the situation, so I wanted to provide further clarification. About qnblackcat ruining the Fork of uYouPlusI understand that it might be hard to believe, but I have noticed on Reddit that whenever someone posts about my release of uYouEnhanced or YouTubeRebornPlus, qnblackcat (a.k.a u/Creative-Bullfrog) appears and discourages users from installing the uYouEnhanced tweak. Although it has only happened a few times, I find it a bit frustrating. I want to emphasize that I have refrained from speaking negatively about qnblackcat for the past 4-5 months because I know it's wrong to do so. I hope qnblackcat stops this behavior. It's worth mentioning that uYouEnhanced is a fork of uYouPlus created by qnblackcat, and I usually give credit to qnblackcat if you haven’t seen the README.md or some of the releases. About PoomSmart accusing me of having altsThis is a recent incident, and I am addressing it to defend one of my contributors. First of all, PoomSmart, I want you to know that I don't speak French; I speak English. By mentioning this, it seems that you blocked someone without reason and accused them of being the offender, which I assume is referring to me. The problem is, it's highly unlikely that I have any alternate accounts, and if I did, I would have been banned on GitHub by now. I want to highlight that I have read the GitHub Terms of Service, including Rule B, which talks about the Account Terms of the GitHub account. It states that "One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free Account." I've been aware of this rule since I started using GitHub, and falsely blocking users, PoomSmart, is not the right approach. It's simply illogical, and I needed to address this issue because the contributor involved did nothing wrong and was merely helping out with the tweaks. PoomSmart, it's important to consider helpful changes instead of refusing them, even if they come from me. Will I still get attacked? It seems that anything I said in my previous apology meant nothing to them, and they continue to attack me. Unfortunately, there might not be much I can do about it. I've been doing my best to ignore most of the negative posts on Reddit and Twitter, but I will continue to try my best to rise above the negativity surrounding me. I just wanted to speak up because I have been feeling disheartened by the impact it has had on me. I appreciate your understanding and support as I navigate through these challenges. Thank you for taking the time to read this terrible update of a apology. Sincerely, |

Hey everyone, I would like to address some things and acknowledge that my actions may have given the impression that I hate the developers. That is not the case. I am here to highlight the positive contributions I have made to this community and admit to my mistakes. I am offering this apology to set things right and ensure that I do not repeat the same errors in the future.
The Creation of this Fork
Initially, this fork was created for testing purposes. However, a few months later, it was converted into "uYouEnhanced." The naming decision was immediate, and there were reasons behind the transformation of this fork into uYouEnhanced.
The Positive Side of Things
There were many positive aspects when this fork became uYouEnhanced. It served as a great starting point for the repository, especially for users who desired features related to UI customization.
The Negative Side of Things
Now, let's address the negatives, including the unexpected mistakes I made that should not have happened. Firstly, I apologize for the number of issues I created in uYou+. Most of them were unrelated to this fork, as I was using the official version of the tweak during that time. I must apologize for this due to my lack of memory in distinguishing which issues were unrelated. Additionally, I want to express my regret for any disrespect shown towards the developers. It was honestly unexpected, and I did not intend to come across as mean. I admit that SECURITY.md was not descriptive enough, and it may have given the false impression that I was blocking off code from the official tweak. To the developers qnblackcat and PoomSmart, please know that I respect both of you. I am sorry if my actions or words sounded wrong.
Thank you for taking the time to read this whole apology I guess. I hope it clarifies my intentions and helps to mend any misunderstandings. I am committed to learning from my mistakes and I’ll try my best on being a positive contributor to this community even if I do some mistakes.
Sincerely,
arichornlover
