The package compiles fine in Windows, but requires some tweaking.
Issues to fix in CMake for Windows:

  • when using Anaconda, need to find numpy (maybe use this?)
  • specifying Python 2.7 as a requirement in USE_PYTHON_VERSION does not locate the proper Anaconda installation

still open, provided windows wheel files for now for 1.0.2 release
