Link between Helpdesk and CRM

This module allows you to convert a helpdesk ticket into an opportunity, transferring its messages, and keeping both linked.

Table of contents

  1. Go to Helpdesk > Tickets and create a new one or enter one.
  2. Click on "Convert to opportunity" button.
  3. A wizard will be displayed to set user and sales team if you want.
  4. Click on "Create opportunity" button.
  5. An opportunity will have been created with the ticket data and the messages will have been copied.
  6. The related ticket will be displayed so you can return to it.
  7. An "Opportunity(ies)" smart-button is also displayed on the ticket.

Bugs are tracked on GitHub Issues. In case of trouble, please check there if your issue has already been reported. If you spotted it first, help us to smash it by providing a detailed and welcomed feedback.
