As I developer
I want to regularly audit my packages
so that I can avoid security vulnerabilities

Tasks

set up up package auditing (e.g. yarn audit) in CI
fix vulnerabilities the audit reveals

(This replaces the add npm audit issue (#12) since we've migrated to yarn)
