• What mod load order does this mod manager use?

It uses the same load order as the official mod manager.

• Does drag and drop support multiple items?

No, but it's scheduled for sometime in the future. The feature can be tracked here.

• My Game or Stellaris is not detected on Linux

Some Linux distros don't set an environment variable that is used to detect the LocalAppData directory. Please see here. According to this XDG_DATA_HOME is not set.
