Some usage of eventstoredb is not optimal, ideally we must

use GRPC client instead of old raw-tcp client
- Since that is more robust and recommended way.
Use Server-side Projection for caching the cost calculation
- And/Or server-side filtering (at least for system events.)
- For performance reasons
Use AsyncSeq (or IAsyncEnumerable) for slurping the whole data.
