Fails with the Cordova AdMob plugin

Using this definition file I generate an invalid Dart file.

Thanks for the report. Looking at the definition source file, it contains 'declare module' as well as 'export class' with the same name, a case I have not yet covered. I'm currently training the converter with a complex definition (three.js) and will make sure to check for correct AdMob.d.ts conversion, too.
