구현 내용: 네이버, 티스토리 등에서 블로그에 대한 본문을 크롤링으로 긁어와 이를 `OpenAI`가 제공하는 API를 통해 기본적인 태깅 작업을 수행하고 이렇게 태깅된 태그들이 품질이 높은지 확인하기
