A lot of work has been put in to organizing cabs in general and making it easy to develop, build, test and deploy it. We should continue to think of how to better organize the project and write build scripts so that doing all that is as painless as possible, especially so it's not hard for a new person to figure out how everything is supposed to work.

I have a workflow that goes well with the way the code is organized now, but so far we haven't had anyone else try to start developing cabs. It would be good to have a new person clone the repo and try to add some features to one of the parts or something. Then we'll have a better idea of what parts are hard to understand for a newcomer.
