About 1 in 3 new contacts are not being created as subscribers in campaign monitor. "Campmon.Dynamics.Plugins.ContactSyncPlugin: Create of contact" plug in fires and succeeds with no errors but subscriber is not created. Dynamics Online V9.1

Sync fields are firstname, fullname, email and created on. Sync is to a custom view of contacts
