Using capacitor-sqlite template to serve mbtiles?

Hi,
I'm looking for a way to render a local .mbtiles (SQLite dB) with maplibre in an app that could be deployed to the web, local and android/iOS.
I'd like to understand if any of the template proposed in this repo could be helpful and if so, which one would better fit?

As of today, I've tried to deploy my current project (svelte+node) to Android by using sveltekit+ capacitor but that does not work since capacitor only deploys static app.

Any help would be appreciated.
