Centre Registry is not designed for mobile devices

I happened to open the Centre Registry on my phone today and while the menu is very nicely visible this unfortunately reduced the available space for the actual list of centres so much that you can barely see two of them at the same time.

It actually looks better than I would expect :)
I am not sure there is a strong use case for mobile friendly design on the Centre Registry. Though I think it is a nice to have.
Any input on potential use cases for the Centre Registry on mobile is welcome here.

Note: The Centre Registry is currently stuck on a old version of Django and upgrading this might just solve the problem. Though we will need to re-code some parts to be able to update.
