The problem is that we're getting a lot of noise in albums. Would be cool to have a skin-in-the-game system for submitting clovers to an album. If the Clover was found to be a low-quality submission curators should be able to vote it out.

Could go with a simple TCR although of course that's not simple at all
Actually could do a super simple version, one that has no shielded votes or anything...
Would be cool to have album-centric token which all have common CC as base token for this

Could also be a simple staking system, users stake CC to a Clover they think belongs... Could stake against it if they think it doesn't belong? It goes into a hidden section where the original poster can choose to remove it and get their stake back (challenger gets theirs back as well). Alternatively they could stake a little more in order to get back on the page in case they strongly believe the Clover belongs
(lol strong beliefs loosely)
