CPM craps out if there are ie norwegian symbols in your key comment field

this is "sortof" fixed, cpm does not crap out but won't display the signs properly

actually, CDK doesn't support wide characters so either use regional encoding codepage or wait till we port CPM to use some other highlevel console drawing lib
