Number of threads has changed! when running with cp2k.sdbg and more than 64 OMP threads #417

we get the following error message when running certain tests with a fresh
cp2k.sdbg

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
make ARCH=local VERSION=sdbg
with the arch file from the toolchaincd tests/QS/regtest-ri-rpa-rse ; ../../../exe/local/cp2k.sdbg Cubic_RPA_RSE_H2.inp
Setting
OMP_NUM_THREADS=64
