Issue Description:
The new server builder has the option to create a Banner server but in the wrong way. You can't setup a Banner server using the banner.jar as the executable file, you have to put it in the mods folder of a fabric server. Server builder just uses the file as the executable.
(I am using Crafty Controller and yes I talked with folks on there, they said report to them)
