I don't understand why we have 2 options here....
Why not just sync with crowdsec just before trying to sync with cloudflare ?
Since few days / weeks it's really a pain to use Cloudflare...
Even with an update every 30min, with API token using only 1 list we get rate limited all the time...
Then we need to increase a lot the update_frequency, and if we have a big "update_frequency" is complicated to find a good value for crowdsec_update_frequency...
The idea here is just to sync on crowdsec before (trying) to sync with Cloudflare...
