[Feature Request] List past CSSU events under its own section

We can list past CSSU events under its own section (either on the same page as Events, with its own group of posts - or in its own dedicated page) allowing current and future students to see events we have offered in the past.

If students like a particular past event, they could petition to have those events re-run for the current year.

Or prospective CSSU exec (for next year's CSSU) can use them as campaign ideas...

Update: I am still working on this, exams got in the way.

How I envisioned it is that, on the actual events page, there will be a button specifically dedicated to past events which you can click and have all such events show up. Past events and current events are separate.

Partner events will share the same mechanics (though partner events and events remain in their own separate sections).
