[Feature Request] Add 'frequently asked questions' section

Description

Add a page containing frequently asked questions. These are questions which are usually asked in the lounge. These include:

• Where is BA2270?
• Is there a microwave in the lounge?
• Do you accept credit and debit in the lounge?
• Where is the lost and found? How do you handle lost items?
• Where is the CS undergrad office?
• I'm a CS student. How do you print?

Rationale

A bunch of students ask the same questions every time and I think it is worth consolidating them in a FAQ section so that their answers could be found more easily.
