Simpler than a contributor guide, this wiki page would simply explain how someone with write access (webmasters, comms team, execs) could update the website's content.

It should:

  • leave out details of the website's implementation that are not necessary for updating content
  • explain how to branch via the GitHub GUI, and present our branch naming standard of author/branch-type/branch-name
  • explain how to edit mdx files and upload media via the GitHub GUI
  • explain how to write good commits and PRs
  • include examples for all of the above steps that are relevant to simple content updates
