I want to be able to specify common attributes at the version level so as not to have to repeat them for multiple computations. #28

I would like to be able to specify attributes such as Package Name, Logger, Security Configuration, and the Propagate Exceptions flag as defaults at the level of the Version. These could still be specified at the level of the individual computation if it were necessary to override the default. Doing this would remove a lot of the clutter involved in specifying a computation.

Original issue. Accidently duplicated by issue #30. Closing.
