In a PG'OCaml request such as

INSERT INTO foo VALUES ($a, $a)

one should recognize that there are several occurrences of a same parameter $a. Thus, the prepared statement should be

INSERT INTO foo VALUES ($1, $1)

and the value of variable a should only be sent once.
