UI: Bug Reports after upgrade

Issues found by testing the UI after the upgrade:

• Life cycle management page is not loading

• On Navigation page the filters-block position is not the same in the white mode as in the dark mode

• Material checkbox style is destroyed after the upgrade

• Width of Material dialog on creating filter-template is too small for the new material dialog structure

• Reloading the UI redirects to the landing page instead of the current page before reload

• Patient Sex Neutered (0010,2203) dropdown shown up twice on Create Patient

  

• Monitoring page - Export / Retrieve / Compare / Storage Verification tabs - Batch ID grouped text on the query filter button invisible

  

• Monitoring page - Export tab - Reschedule all matching tasks : Text and query filter fields misaligned

  

• Task counts, if batch_id is specified, S. FOR RETRY incorrectly displays number of SCHEDULED tasks
  

• Navigation page Studies / Series tabs : Reject entity shows rejection note codes instead of the code meaning
  

• Selected webApp is not staying selected when switiching the tabs on the Navigation pages

• Device dropdown on the queue page is empty

• Mark (all) series (of study) as Requested or Unscheduled modal window fields distorted
