Describe the Testing Issue

At 20240110, the daily PW intel-dav/omp-intel-dav/gnu-dav tests are failed with commit 24abddd.

The test with commit 464c7a1 at 20240109 is successful, and this bug may be induced from one of the commit between 464c7a1 and 24abddd.
